This week has seen my ideas flowing beyond my capacity to complete...so I have a cluster of churches that have been fused and are ready to be placed on background fabrics. A baby quilt that is ready for some hand embroidered details... The beginnings of a couple of star blocks for use in teaching a color theory class-using color to make our quilts pop. These did double duty as an example in our ladies Bible study; showing how we all can have exactly the same tools and yet what we build with those God-given tools is as unique as we are. I do have some other things on my design wall as well, but they are being kept secret for now as they are part of current and future block of the month sew alongs. But speaking of Sew Alongs, look at this gorgeous version of We Can Build a Snowman that Angie Doughty Brown is doing! I love seeing your photos on my Sew Along and Facebook page-so keep on sharing!! The next block will be released November 5th....in the meantime,
Happy Quilting!
