General Shipping Information
I ship United States Postal Service for both U.S. and International orders.
(For International orders including Canada, please email me at tuningmyheart@gmail.com for shipping rates)
Shipping costs are based upon the weight of the item. It costs about $3.00 to ship a small kit.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. I may delay shipping during certain holidays. If there will be a delay of more than 72 hours, I will notify you and keep you posted. I know you're excited to receive your kits so I will do whatever I can to get them to you as soon as possible.
Once your package officially leaves my home, it is in the hands of USPS. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that may occur during shipping so be sure to notify me immediately at tuningmyheart@gmail.com should any problems arise during shipping.
Please email me for International Orders information at tuningmyheart@gmail.com Please indicate the items you would like to order. Until my International Shipping is set up I will communicate with you via email and instruct you from there.
Payment Methods
At this time I only accept PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your order.
All Sales Final Policy
I will not accept returns on patterns and quilt kits. If you are having a problem with piecing a quilt from a kit you purchased from me, please email me at tuningmyheart@gmail.com.
Kit Policy
If you are purchasing a kit, I make every effort to ensure that the original fabric shown in my sample is included, however I reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary. If a substitution is necessary, rest assured I will always select something that is just as wonderful, if not better. My kits include ample fabric to create the project as shown, pattern, and will occasionally include additional embellishments such as buttons, ric rac, etc. If these items are not included, I always indicate you will need to purchase them separately.
Web Exclusives & Specials Policy
From time to time I like to reward my customers with special offers to enjoy in my online store. These specials cannot be combined with any other discounts unless specified. These offers exclude clearance items, prior purchases, pre-orders/special orders and workshops.
