We Can Build a Snowman-Block 11

4/1/2019

Happy April 1st!  We enjoyed Spring Break here last week and laughed about our "spring" weather of snow, hail and rain.  When the flowers finally do come they should be gorgeous after all of the moisture.  I hope you enjoy this month's block as much as I did.  Flying Geese and Half-square Triangles make up this one.  You can download a pdf of the pattern by clicking here.

My testers had fun with this one too.  With or without the snowmen they all look great.

It's hard to believe we are nearing the end of this BOM.  Next month for those that are doing the 12 block version it will be time to finish your quilts, the rest of us have Block 13 to look forward to that will be featured in the center of our quilt.

Until then...
Happy Quilting!

This is the very first time I’ve seen a snowman quilt! Of course, this is really perfect for me since I fell in love with “Frozen” the Disney movie that was shown to the public last 2014! Until the day I got the chance to watch the said movie, I fell in love with winter season and ice in general. This quilt design is something that I am looking forward to do. It’s been years since the last time I have engaged myself to quilting and this will make me the happiest person if ever!

I can not print this pattern - have tried several times; I only get part of the pattern page and nothing else

Never mind, I solved the problem - I am having printer problems - used a totally different computer and printer and it worked perfectly.

And this does not mean that because you just take the first steps in sewing you have to have a simple machine.
