This is not like any of the neighborhoods I have ever lived in. Ours have mainly been filled with houses that look nothing alike and were built in the early to mid 1900's This is a photo of our current neighborhood taken from the web. A very parklike setting. We have also lived in the country where neighbors were not so close. Wherever we have been we have enjoyed the blessings of good neighbors. Right now our visits are calling out to one another across driveways and streets, but we are still finding ways to see one another. So today's block is in honor of those neighbors: Block 36-Next Door Neighbor. I just choose a sunshiny yellow with flowers because it is how I feel when I see my neighbors-they add sunshine and bright spots of color to my days. The only thing to be aware of on this one is the occasional bulky seam so my advice remains the same....slow down when sewing over those seams. As alwyas you can find the pdf files for these blocks by clicking on the link below: Passing the Days Blocks Looking forward to the return of days where we can all sit down together once again. Hope you have some sunshine in your life today and

That's a perfect block for this. I like your neighborhood. I've not lived in one like it, but when times are good, it seems like it would be a great neighborhood to grow up in, or to visit with neighbors, have block parties, etc. Comments are closed.
