I did a search on the site I use for my stock photos for "peaceful" images and this is what came up.  LOL.  I am not sure how this fits, but I found it just too funny not to make it my photo to start this post.
This year I want to be more organized and purposeful in how I spend my time.  I shared with you last week the planner I have designed.  I have added a few more months and an option for blank goal pages-both yearly and monthly.  You can download your copies HERE.

​I have done some revamping on the website-a cleaner, simpler look.  Seems to be the direction I want my life to go in general.  My quilt studio could use a little cleaner look too, lol.  After all the Christmas projects things are bit of a mess.

​With a new year come new plans.  Below are some of the things I would like to accomplish with Tuning My Heart Quilts this year.
-More Blog posts. My website is the one thing I actually own and have control over when it comes to sharing my quilting life.  Facebook can be so unreliable when it comes to getting information out to everyone.  This ensures you always know what is happening and coming up.  You are always welcome in my online home and I want to make it a warm and inviting place for you to come and enjoy a moment or two with me.  My goal is to post something M-F most weeks.
-Newsletter.  I started this at the end of last year and my goal for this year is to really get it off the ground and sent out twice a month; the second and fourth week of the month.  I still need to pick a day of the week, but probably look for this on Fridays.  (Subscribers get two free patterns a year and those are currently in the works too.)
-New BOM.  This year's BOM will be a 9 month adventure.  I have enough BOM's in my head to keep going for years. (and new ideas always popping into my head.)  I would really like to get them on a schedule that begins in January. So with that in mind this year I will start with a 9 month project that will launch in March.  This way we can have our quilts done by Christmas!  Look for more details about this years BOM in February.
-Facebook.  It is my desire to post at least once a day on Facebook (M-F).   This is such a fun way for me to get to know you and see what you are doing.  Kind of our own little quilt guild that is always open for sharing.
