A couple of projects have caught my attention this week. The first is a stained-glass style bluebird. The second is a Block of the Month for 2014.  Tiffany Bluebird- this one is a reprint from American Quilter Society. I have toyed with stain glass patterns before. They have fabric suggestions for doing this one with silk charmeuse  From Head to Toe-A Knitter's Gifts-2014 BOM-This is a free BOM offered by Denise Russart that will start February 15th. She has very strict rules that you agree to abide by-the patterns are available for a limited time and if you miss them that is it. She does some really nice work and we do not want to annoy her to the point where she will not continue to be so generous, so be sure and read through her guidelines.
