An interesting week here in Texas. We went from the upper 70's to days that left us feeling frozen solid. Today we are enjoying temps back in the 70's with snow possible again this weekend. No wonder I have caught a cold! That being said I offer you some links to free quilt patterns that run the gammet of the seasons- be it winter or spring. Winter Wonderland. This is a free pattern offered by Kaaren Johnston. You can visit her website at The Painted Quilt. The directions for this wallhaning can be found on Janome's website. It is called Keep the Heart Truth Growing and was designed by Jane Spoler. The instructions can be found here and there is a link there to download the applique pattern. I am often inspired by Geta Grama in her Romanian Quilt Studio. She has several free patterns for personal use I think you might enjoy as well. For all of her free patterns click here. I have found a very useful tool for saving/printing these patterns. It turns any webpage into an pdf, eamil, or print version. The link is PrintFriendly. I have found it so useful that I have placed the button on my search bar, but you can also just bookmark it and copy and paste the webpage code to get a printable version of almost any webpage. Happy Stitching! Deb Comments are closed.
